Zoo

We went to the zoo today, a very HOT zoo. He is finally enjoying and understanding more of what is going on and what he is actually looking at.

Cullen LOVES the 'pingins'... I have no idea where he gets it from????

We timed it right ( and having to go thru the NEW entrance helped). Cullen got to feed a giraffe a cracker-with a little help from Daddy.

"But-flys"

I thought by now everyone in the Cincinnati area had time to go to the Butterfly show, but it was packed when we got there. Cullen wasn't sure where we had brought him too, it was so hot and humid in the conservatory and half the time he wanted to be carried.

He was attacked by a beautiful blue butterfly and any time one would flutter near him he would start repeatedly blinking his eyes and waving his arms. (I gotta work on the washout in this pick).

Cullen got a tad to close to the greenery---- notice the missing edge in the leaf closest to him.... OOPS.

LINDSAY--- A TUNNEL!

Where oh where do the blue eyes come from???

On a side note... Cullen really enjoys rolling a watermelon.. aka BALL.. all over the place!

No more PB??? :-(

We tried some PB & J for lunch today. He tried a few bites and played with it more than anything. It's "sticky" so he is still unsure of this new thing. Then about 10 minutes after we were done... we saw his face. He had another reaction. This time his hands didn't break out, only his face. He hasn't had the reaction with the spaghetti lately, but we cut back on how much sauce he gets and that seems to work. How will a kid survive without PB & J?????

This was from this past weekend, Cullen helped me with laundry so he could have the basket to play in.

We are off to the Butterfly show tomorrow.. Pics will be coming!

Bouncy House

We went to Run, Jump, Play this morning. This place has several giant inflatables that kids can jump in and slide and climb. They also have several play sets for them to play on.

Cullen was a little unsure about climbing in at first, but once he took it all in and watched everyone else, he was gung-ho about being there. We will definitely be going back! Perhaps next time, I will make sure the chip is in the camera before I leave the house-I have very few pics-or good ones for that matter. Very sad.

Short video I got of the bouncing.....
